Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and the time of other clients, The Miranda Method requires 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee.
No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining session time out of respect for those scheduled after them. The full service fee will apply.
Booking & Payment:
A valid card on file may be required to schedule appointments and enforce cancellation policies.
Emergencies & Exceptions:
We understand that life happens. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for emergencies, illness, or inclement weather.
